Are you passionate about supporting Pasifika people and creating positive change in your community?
Lifewise is seeking a Pasifika Disability Outcomes Coach to empower Pasifika disabled people, their aiga, families, and carers to achieve their goals and live good lives. In this rewarding role, you'll build trusted community relationships, support people to access and self-manage disability funding, and champion the Enabling Good Lives principles of choice, control, and inclusion.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with Pasifika communities, churches, and organisations.
- Support Pasifika disabled people and their families and carers to access Individualised Funding (IF) and disability supports.
- Coach people to confidently manage their funding and achieve their goals.
- Promote Lifewise services and increase community awareness and referrals.
- Represent Lifewise at community events and fono.
What You'll Bring
- Strong knowledge of Pasifika cultures, values, and communities.
- Fluency in at least one Pacific language.
- Experience in disability, health, social services, or community support.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for empowering people and strengthening communities.
- Full NZ Driver Licence.

The Details
Based in Grafton, Auckland
Permanent Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for community events outside normal hours.
