For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate Pastry Trainee to join our team in Karavostasi Thesprotia.

The Role

As a Pastry Trainee, you will support the pastry team in daily preparation and production, gaining practical experience in professional baking, presentation, food safety and organised kitchen operations.

Here's what a typical day in the Pastry team could look like:

• You assist the Pastry Team in preparing and baking desserts, pastries, breads and other baked goods.

• You follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency in quality and taste.

• You prepare ingredients and equipment for daily service, including scaling, measuring and mixing.

• You ensure the kitchen and workstations are clean and well maintained in line with health and safety standards.

• You assist with inventory control and stock rotation to maintain product freshness.

• You learn and apply techniques used by the Pastry Chef and support the development of new desserts.

• You communicate with kitchen colleagues to support an efficient workflow and timely preparation.

• You maintain a clean and organised work environment in line with food safety and sanitation standards.

Essential qualifications:

• Basic understanding of pastry techniques and baking processes.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for pastry arts.

• Creativity and eagerness to learn new skills.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Additional qualifications – a plus:

• A diploma or certificate in Pastry Arts or Culinary Studies will be considered an advantage.
