We are looking for a detail-oriented PMO – Payments to support payment-related projects and day-to-day coordination across the business.

This role combines operations and project support, helping to keep payment integrations, upgrades, and issue resolution on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate payment-related activities across projects, integrations, and system updates

• Help track and resolve payment issues with internal teams and external partners

• Support delivery of integrations and enhancements, ensuring timelines are met

• Act as a point of contact between Sales, Payments, and Management

• Track progress, risks, and tasks, escalating when needed

• Maintain project documentation and status reporting

• Support ongoing improvements to processes and workflows

Requirements

• Background in payments is preferred, ideally within fintech, gaming, or similar industries

• Good understanding of payment systems or online transactions

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving

• Exposure to payment gateways, PSPs, or financial platforms

• Experience supporting integrations, upgrades, or migrations
