Hi Tech HR is currently hiring an experienced and goal-oriented Retention Agent to join the UK desk of a dynamic and international Forex brokerage.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, client-focused environment where your communication skills and sales expertise will directly impact the growth and retention of a key client base.

Your Role:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of UK-based clients
  • Proactively retain existing clients and onboard new ones
  • Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into loyal clients
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
  • Work closely with the marketing team on sales campaigns and strategies
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to suggest improvements
  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate client interactions

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a Retention position at a Forex company
  • Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and build long-term client relationships
  • Solid knowledge of financial markets and trading products
  • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, and performance-driven
  • A bachelor's degree is a plus but not mandatory
