Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Sign up new guests for the PENN Play card. Processes replacement cards and maintains the database updating guest records and flagging duplicate accounts to ensure guest information is correct.
• Manage access to the VIP Club
• Effectively explains complimentary structure and how to qualify for different levels of complimentary services and/or goods.
• Cash direct mail and cash back coupons, maintain accountability for all redeemed coupons and cash bank; balance bank at end of shift.
• Issue complimentary services and/or goods based on qualified play.
• Issue cash and complimentary event tickets and VIP credentials.
• Help coordinate PENN Play promotions and assists at marketing promotions and events.
• Help with maintenance and inventory control of PENN Play merchandise.
• May distribute promotional coupons and gifts.
• Print win/loss statements for guests upon request.

BRING US YOUR BEST.

• Must be age 21 or older
• Obtain and maintain valid state gaming license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of prior work experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
• Previous money handling experience preferred
