We are looking for a People & Culture Specialist!

What You'll Do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Support recruitment activities and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Handle employee relations and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Organize learning, development, and internal culture activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support payroll, attendance, and other HR operations when needed.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or HR Operations.
• Previous experience in an Advertising, Marketing, Creative, or Events agency is a must.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Experience with HR systems is a plus.
