Scope of Role
As a People Operations and People Process Specialist, you will join the Greece & Cyprus People Function team. The role supports a variety of administrative, operational, and data-related activities, contributing to accurate People data, effective HR processes, compliance with internal control requirements, and the smooth delivery of operational support to managers and People Business Partners.
Responsibilities
- Support compliance with GR&CY Control Environment requirements by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Create, update, and maintain organizational charts and workforce-related documentation.
- Coordinate and submit job evaluation requests and track outcomes.
- Perform regular People data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee information.
- Gather, consolidate, and analyze data required for key People processes, including the Performance Management Process (PMP), People Planning Process (PPP), and other talent initiatives.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR processes and self-service tools, including supporting the use of myServices and ticket submission procedures.
- Create and maintain employee-related records and documentation.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards on People and business topics.
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation through headcount validation and workforce data reviews.
- Help manage HR service tickets and support issue resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects, reporting requests, and operational initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, or a related field. Academic background in Human Resources will be considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Shared Services, or a similar support role. Experience working with HR systems and ticketing platforms will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized, data-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable supporting HR processes, working with data, ensuring process compliance, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
