As a People Partner, you will work closely with managers and employees, supporting them in day-to-day people matters and helping teams work effectively. You will contribute to building and improving HR processes, while staying close to the teams and understanding what works in practice.

This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Partner with managers on day-to-day people matters and team-related questions.

• Support employees throughout key stages of their journey, including onboarding, adaptation, probation, and offboarding.

• Advise managers and employees on HR processes and workplace matters.

• Support employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.

• Monitor and analyze HR metrics, identify trends and risks, and suggest areas for improvement.

• Implement and improve performance management processes.

Requirements

What you bring to the team:

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Partner.

• Experience working closely with managers on team development and performance-related topics.

• Hands-on experience building and implementing HR processes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with different stakeholders.

• A structured and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
