Team Lead Human Resources (m/f/d) - Quantum Frontline Industries

As an Team Lead Human Resources at Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI), you will lead a team of HR professionals and oversee the effective execution of operational HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle. You will ensure efficient and compliant HR administration, maintain accurate employee data, and support employees and managers in all HR-related matters. By developing and implementing HR strategies, optimizing processes, and continuously improving our HR systems, you will help build a structured, reliable, and scalable HR environment that supports QFI’s goals and continued growth.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and industry best practices

• Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience

• Responsibility for operational HR administration across the entire employee lifecycle

• Preparation of monthly payroll in collaboration with an external payroll provider

• Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR-related matters

• Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and develop strategies to address them

• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations

• Conduct training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

What you bring to the team:

• Successfully completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a dynamic or growing organization

• Proven experience in leading and developing an HR team

• Ability to translate business needs into practical and scalable HR solutions

• Experience with the employee lifecycle, performance management, employee relations and payroll

• Good knowledge of German labor law and HR processes

• Hands-on mentality and motivation to take on responsibility in a dynamic start-up environment

• Proficiency in HR software and tools

• German language skills at C1 level and English at least at B2 level
