Boa Games is a game company that launched in 2020 with a passion for creating mobile games.

Our team consists of 8 creative and talented people. Our goal is to bring a new breath to the game industry with the CapRoyale and Match House we are developing.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who shares the same enthusiasm as us to be added to our team.

 

• Managing global mobile marketing campaigns in developed markets such as USA, Canada, Europe and Japan,
• Running and optimizing global mobile marketing campaigns across all channels such as Facebook, Google and other ad networks,
• Creating the campaign structure, maintaining and monitoring its performance,
• Conducting in-depth, creative analysis and collaborating with the design team on new concepts,
• A/B testing across multiple platforms with a balanced approach between art and science, fostering innovation and growth through continuous experimentation,
• Optimizing existing campaigns, exploring new and innovative ideas in marketing channels, leveraging targeting and personalization data, and identifying opportunities to develop automated solutions,
• Designing, developing and improving projects according to user needs.

Qualifications

🕹️ Have engineering, business etc degree in reputable university
🕹️ Experience 2+ year in digital advertising channels and campaign management in game industry,
🕹️ Creative and result-oriented mindset,
🕹️ Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions,
🕹️ Fluent in English
🕹️ Excellent communication skills.
🕹️ Passionate about mobile games
