Are you someone who loves seeing a design come to life? We are looking for detail-oriented, creative, and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Personalization Technicians. You’ll be the hands-on expert turning everyday merchandise into custom masterpieces.

Whether you are a hobbyist looking to go professional or a design student wanting practical experience, we provide the gear and the training—you bring the passion!

What You’ll Do

• Custom Printing: Operate heat press and digital printing equipment for apparel (T-shirts, hoodies) and bags.
• Laser Engraving: Set up and run laser machinery to engrave precise designs onto metal, wood, and various lifestyle products.
• Quality Control: Ensure every piece meets our high standards for alignment, color, and finish.
• Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of personalization machinery.
• Workflow Management: Manage orders efficiently to meet customer deadlines.

Requirements

• The Basics: A foundational understanding of design principles (alignment, scaling, and file types).
• Tech-Friendly: Comfortable working with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW) and operating machinery.
• Hands-on Attitude: You enjoy physical work and don't mind getting your hands a little dirty in the production process.
• Growth Mindset: We provide full training on our specific machines, so a willingness to learn is a must!
