This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Product Designer Pl based in Brazil.

This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for a Product Designer working across the complete product design lifecycle.
You will help transform user needs and complex problems into simple, intuitive, and valuable digital experiences.
The role spans discovery and delivery, from research and problem framing through prototyping, validation, and implementation.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and other stakeholders in multidisciplinary teams.
Your work will balance user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, accessibility, and design quality.
You will also contribute to the evolution of design practices while exploring AI to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and experimentation.

• Own the Product Design process end to end, participating in discovery and delivery from problem understanding and user research through solution design, prototyping, validation, and implementation follow-up.

• Plan and conduct user research and validation activities, including interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and other UX Research techniques.

• Translate research insights into opportunities, product decisions, and validated design solutions.

• Create simple, intuitive, accessible, and consistent experiences through user flows, journeys, wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes at different levels of fidelity.

• Balance user needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and accessibility requirements throughout the design process.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Data, and other stakeholders on product discussions, problem refinement, experimentation, and decision-making.

• Follow the implementation of designed solutions to help ensure the quality and consistency of the final user experience.

• Contribute to the evolution of Design practices and the broader Design community by sharing knowledge, learnings, and effective approaches.

• Use and contribute to Design System practices and explore AI-powered tools to accelerate research, analysis, ideation, prototyping, and experimentation.

• Support a culture of innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement across product development.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in an equivalent role, supported by a portfolio demonstrating participation in digital products and clearly explaining problems, processes, design decisions, validation, and outcomes.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and modern Product Design tools, including interfaces, Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, and Design Systems.

• Knowledge of Product Discovery and UX Research methods, including interviews, journey mapping, problem analysis, usability testing, experimentation, and hypothesis validation.

• Ability to select appropriate research and design approaches according to the context and stage of the product.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions using evidence.

• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback while working effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints when making design decisions.

• Practical knowledge of or strong interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to Design, using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma Make, or similar solutions to enhance research, synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and experimentation.

• Curiosity about digital products and emerging technologies, with an interest in understanding how AI can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.

• Experience with B2B/SaaS products, complex systems, or AI applied to Design is desirable.

• Experience with Figma Make and AI-assisted prototyping tools is considered a plus.
