The Role

We’re looking for a creative, driven and innovative Photographer to join our passionate Creative team. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role responsible for creating photography and videography content across our portfolio of brands, bringing our products and campaigns to life across e-commerce, web, social media, paid media and visual merchandising.

You’ll work closely with our Creative, Digital and Merchandising teams to develop fresh, contemporary visual content that reflects each brand and connects with our customers. From seasonal campaigns and talent shoots through to e-commerce, social content and product photography, you’ll be involved across the full creative process — from shoot planning and production through to retouching and final content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, on-brand photography and videography across all Overland brands.
• Shoot seasonal campaigns including talent, on-legs, still-life and e-commerce.
• Create video content for social media, digital, creators and paid advertising.
• Plan and coordinate shoots, including locations, props, talent and call sheets.
• Work collaboratively with Creative, Digital and Merchandising teams to bring briefs and campaigns to life.
• Retouch, edit and prepare photography and video content for different channels and specifications.
• Manage product imagery, digital assets and weekly web and advertising content requirements.
• Maintain the photography studio, equipment and organised asset library.

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years’ experience as a Photographer & Videographer, ideally within fashion or retail.
• A strong portfolio showcasing fashion, product, e-commerce and campaign photography.
• Strong technical photography skills, including lighting, exposure, colour and studio set-ups.
• Confident shooting and editing both photography and video content.
• Strong retouching and post-production skills with a high attention to detail.
• A creative eye with a strong understanding of current fashion, visual and digital trends.
• Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple projects from brief to delivery.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently and bring fresh ideas to the team.
