Key Physical Therapist Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Valid PT license in the state of practice with Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, with preference for home health experience.
- 1+ years of experience in EMR, Other EMR and Practice Partner EMR
- Valid DL
- Strong understanding of home health therapy protocols and patient education.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various patient needs.
