What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function and improving quality of life.
- Provide evidence-based manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
- Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, physician assistants, and fellow rehabilitation professionals.
- Document patient progress and maintain compliance with state and payer requirements.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on outstanding patient outcomes.
Patient Population
- Outpatient Orthopedics
- Sports Medicine
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- General musculoskeletal conditions
- No pelvic health or neuro caseloads.
Productivity & Support
- Average volume: approximately 12 patients per day
- Target: 1.5 patients per hour
- Strong 2:1 support structure
- Realistic productivity expectations
- Fully staffed clinics with 5–10 therapists per location
Schedule Flexibility
- Choose the schedule that fits your lifestyle:
- 4 x 10-hour shifts
- OR
- 5 x 8-hour shifts
- Additional PRN weekend opportunities are available for clinicians seeking supplemental income.
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary
- $80,000 – $110,000+
- (Commensurate with experience and expertise)
Additional Incentives
- Sign-on and commitment bonuses totaling up to $50,000

Required
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Florida Physical Therapist license
- Passion for orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Outpatient orthopedic experience
- Manual therapy training or certifications
- Desire to pursue leadership opportunities
