About this role
Carry out the duties, responsibilities, and decision-making involved in supervising the work on supporting infrastructure within the Mine Plan Operation Department, so that design realization and work-completion timelines are achieved. • Supervise pit activities end-to-end — from the OB loading point and ore-getting through to the disposal area, as well as the ore-hauling road to the stockpile and project operations.
• Conduct inspections and field observations, and prepare related reports.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly work plans are carried out properly.
• Monitor and evaluate mine design formation and production achievement.
• Oversee rental units and prepare summary reports on their usage.
• Supervise and monitor Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3LH) compliance for subordinates/contractors under their responsibility.
Requirements
- Education : S1 Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering (candidates with nickel mine-plan experience are also considered)
- Work Experience : 1-2 years in similar role; prior experience as a blasting engineer is an advantage
- Required Training/Certification : POP, ISMKP
