Planner (5–9 Years’ Experience)

Location: Delhi

Role Summary
As Planner, you’ll own the category P&L. You’ll translate vision into numbers, ensuring the right stock is in the right channel at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage OTB, ASP, margins, and vendor capacity.

• Drive inventory hygiene: monitor DOH, ACP, and stock freshness.

• Partner with Buyer to balance fashion bets with repeat lines.

• Optimize distribution across retail, online, and marketplaces.

• Track performance against AOP, drive SSG and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

Profile

• 3–5 years’ experience in planning/merchandising/retail finance, ideally in fashion or accessories.

• Highly analytical with strong Excel/Pivot/BI tool expertise.

• Strong business acumen with ability to balance numbers and product intuition.

• Structured problem solver and detail-oriented.

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion Management, Business, or Finance.
