POSITION SUMMARY

• Purpose

• Responsible for coordinating and supporting project execution and business operations, including import planning, order fulfillment coordination, SAP transaction management, EAR process administration, and general operational support. Through ensuring compliance with business processes, maintaining accurate system data, and facilitating effective cross-functional collaboration, the position contributes to successful project execution and achievement of operational objectives.
• The position serves as a key coordination role across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance functions. By providing effective operational support and process management, the incumbent helps improve execution efficiency, ensure supply continuity, and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Nature and Scope

• Manage membrane product import planning, order creation, and execution tracking while coordinating internal and external resources to support efficient supply chain operations.
• Coordinate information flow and business process execution among Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance functions.
• Perform SAP-related business transactions and data maintenance to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of business information.
• Support and coordinate EAR approval processes to ensure compliance with company policies and internal governance requirements.
• Record, track, and coordinate customer complaints in SAP, ensuring timely resolution and closure of issues.
• Provide support for daily operational activities and other business administration requirements.
• Act as a key operational support resource, contributing to the effective execution, standardization, and continuous improvement of business systems and processes.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position is accountable for the following end results:

• Ensure timely and accurate membrane product supply by managing import planning, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, creating and monitoring orders in SAP, and coordinating resources to meet business requirements.
• Improve order execution efficiency by coordinating activities among Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to support on-time order fulfillment.
• Maintain data integrity and effective business process execution by managing SAP transactions, monitoring workflows, and resolving system-related issues.
• Ensure EAR approval and execution processes are timely, accurate, and compliant by coordinating documentation preparation, approval tracking, and process administration activities.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by coordinating customer complaint handling, facilitating corrective actions, and ensuring effective issue resolution and closure.
• Support operational excellence and business objectives by facilitating cross-functional communication, maintaining operational data, and providing ongoing business support.
