About this role

  • Collaborate in the development and preparation of design and planning programs, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Oversee and track project progress, implementing effective monitoring systems to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.
  • Coordinate with the financial department to ensure our cash-out capabilities from conceptional design and during the project's lifetime until the client handing over.
  • Develop and update the development schedule for each project starting from conceptual design and collaboration with the sales team until the End of tendering stages to ensure construction phasing meets the handing over dates with clients.
  • Initiate, develop and update the progress POC sheet per unit per project and coordinate with the financial team to calculate revenues.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and analyses on project advancements, highlighting achievements, obstacles, and potential solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Procurement Team to assist in contract preparation and support various tasks integral to project management and execution.
  • Liaise effectively with multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaborative relationships, and ensuring alignment between planning, execution, and project objectives.
  • Review, Discuss, Report Validity, and Approve the Main Contractor(s) EPC Programs during the early start construction phase/during project execution.
  • Work in parallel with the cost control team and cost estimate team to estimate the budget and estimate completion cost.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, or related field)
  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in planning and project control, preferably in large-scale construction or engineering projects.
  • Experience in managing project schedules, reporting, and working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Solid knowledge of project budgeting, cost estimation, and progress measurement techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
