Plumbing Installer

Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is growing and we’re hiring an experienced Plumbing Installer to join our North Bay team. We serve customers across the San Francisco Bay Area, with work throughout Marin, Sonoma, and Napa counties. This is a full-time, field-based position focused on residential and light commercial installation work.

About the Role

As a Plumbing Installer at Bellows, you’ll focus on installation projects including repipes, underground work, and system replacements. You’ll work with a team or lead smaller crews to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants steady work without sales pressure.

What You’ll Do

• Complete residential and light commercial plumbing installations
• Perform water, sewer, and gas repipes
• Install water heaters, fixtures, and plumbing systems
• Perform underground sewer and water service replacements
• Read plans and follow job specifications
• Work with apprentices and support crew development
• Ensure jobs are completed safely and up to code
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Communicate with the team to keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of plumbing installation experience
• Strong knowledge of repipes, underground, and system installs
• Ability to complete jobs efficiently with attention to detail
• Experience working with a crew or leading small teams
• Ability to read plans and understand job layouts
• Valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
