PM Line Cooks

Founded in 2009 and established on the pillars of ingredient quality,
seasonally inspired and thoughtfully created menu offerings, complete
scratch cooking from whole raw ingredients, and absolute genuine
hospitality, Salt of the Earth has been an anchor of the foundation in
the Farm to Table movement in West Michigan and has established itself
as a leader of hospitality throughout the state of Michigan and beyond.

Now in its Ninth year of operation, Salt of the Earth celebrates the
opportunity to invite you to become a member of its focused and driven
team of service industry professionals. Salt of the Earth values a team supported employment system and benefits from the opportunity to progress in invested relationships with our

A role with the nighttime kitchen line staff is an incredibly energizing experience filled with opportunities to make a real difference in the experience that our guests receive in their time dining with us.
