About the Role

Spearhead the local operations framework from 0 to 1. Formulate local policies, standardize business workflows (SOPs), deploy digital tools, and bridge the gap between group practices and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Policy & Compliance: Draft localized operational policies that strictly align with local compliance and regulatory mandates.
• SOP & Workflow: Map out end-to-end business cycles, transforming fragmented practices into standardized SOPs with clear accountability.
• Systems & Tools: Introduce workflow and PMO tools, establishing performance dashboards to enable data-driven optimization.
• Execution & Drive: Serve as the core driver across teams, aggressively overcoming resistance to ensure flawless execution.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years in PMO or operational optimization. Proven "from 0 to 1" experience in payments, digital wallets, or licensed fintech firms is a strong plus.
• Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Miro, Visio) and PMO software; deep understanding of fintech compliance.
• Relentless execution drive, high stress tolerance, and exceptional cross-departmental stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
