Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform testing of the company's backend systems and App products.
2. Develop testing strategies to ensure the quality of the tested systems from multiple dimensions, and use mature methods to guarantee project timelines.
3. Participate in product requirement and design reviews, and provide improvement suggestions.
4. Demonstrate strong interest and rich experience in software testing, with excellent problem analysis and troubleshooting abilities.
5. Customize efficiency-enhancing tools for the business, such as data generation platforms, etc.
6. Build, promote, and implement test automation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of testing experience. preferably in computer-related majors.
2. Ability to independently take charge of testing for major modules or an entire product (including but not limited to developing test strategies and having ideas for shifting testing left/right).
3. Strong programming and automation skills, with the ability to build tools or platforms.
4. Capable of independently building parts of the test automation framework/platform, i,e Web: Playwright / Selenium; API: Pytest / Requests, App: Appium / Airtest / UIAutomator; Test platforms; cloud real-device farms, etc.
5. Experience with Continuous Integration (CI/CD).

Nice-to-Haves

1. Experience building mature test platforms and performance testing.
2. Experience customizing efficiency tools for business needs, such as data generation platforms, AI-powered efficiency improvements (e.g., AI-generated test cases, Browser-use framework, etc.).
3. Experience in financial projects related to Web3 wallets, payments, clearing & settlement systems, compliance, and risk control.
