• Analytics/statistics/predictive modeling
• Strong understanding and proficiency in predictive modeling techniques
• Experience of 3+ years in R Programming with Hadoop knowledge
• Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to deliver formal presentations
• Ability to work in a team environment and dynamically align to changing business conditions
• Insurance domain knowledge
