We have an open vacancy for a Presales Engineer to support our sales growth by designing tailored technical solutions, engaging with customers, and managing key vendor relationships.
📌 Location: Athens (North Suburbs)
📍 Working Model: Hybrid
Main Responsibilities:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.
- Bid coordination and analysis according to RFI, RFQ, RFPs or Tenders’ technical and financial requirements.
- Active participation in technical proposals templates enhancement.
- Engaging customer executives and technology experts to define project scope and architecture.
- Delivering technical deep-dives, presentations, and demos as part of the sales process.
- Participation in product training (sales and presales oriented).
- Overview of the company’s “branded” products – engagement with Business Line Managers.
- Develop and maintain relationship with key suppliers/vendors
- Develop and implement Joint Business Plans with key suppliers/vendors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Professional Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in pre-sales engineering or technical sales, with a focus on infrastructure, networking and/or security solutions.
- University degree in Computer Science or other related field.
- Good knowledge of systems,networking, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), storage solutions, and virtualization technologies.
- Outstanding presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
