Press Brake Operator

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Press Brake Operators for projects located in or around Golden Valley, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $30–$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Set up and operate press brake machines for production runs
• Perform tooling changes and select proper tooling for each job
• Independently complete machine setups from start to production
• Run production jobs according to specifications and quality requirements
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on press brake setup experience
• Strong experience with tooling changes, machine setup, and production operations
• Ability to independently complete setups and production runs
• Solid understanding of press brake operations and metal fabrication
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be safety-conscious and detail-oriented
