TIG Welder

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced TIG Welders for projects located in or around Burnsville, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $35–$40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel components using 3/32" filler rod
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding prints, and technical drawings
• Set up welding equipment and adjust amperage, gas flow, and weld settings as required
• Fit, weld, and fabricate components according to project specifications
• Inspect completed welds for quality, consistency, and compliance with requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all shop safety procedures and quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of TIG welding experience preferred
• Strong stainless steel TIG welding experience
• Proficiency using 3/32" filler rod
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding prints
• Ability to produce clean, consistent, high-quality welds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to contribute immediately
