In this role, you will work in a complex enterprise environment, contributing to scalable Back-end-heavy Full Stack solutions, enterprise integrations, and AI-enabled engineering practices. The position combines hands-on development with architectural decision-making, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration.

CUSTOMER

The role is part of Sigma Software’s IT Solutions Department, which is responsible for building and evolving the company’s internal digital ecosystem. The department develops enterprise business applications, automation platforms, integrations, and productivity solutions that improve operational efficiency and employee experience across multiple business domains.

PROJECT

The project focuses on developing and evolving enterprise-scale internal platforms and automation systems used across Sigma Software. The environment includes interconnected services, enterprise integrations, process automation workflows, and AI-assisted engineering practices designed to support operational scalability and business efficiency.

You will contribute to architecture design, implementation of scalable Back-end solutions, enterprise integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities while collaborating closely with multiple technical and business teams.

Key Technologies: JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, REST API, GraphQL, Claude Code, Codex

• Collaborate with stakeholders on solution discovery, technical design, estimations, and delivery planning
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable software solutions aligned with business and architectural goals
• Develop production-quality Back-end-focused solutions while contributing across the Full Stack when required
• Own features end-to-end from technical design to deployment and support
• Lead and mentor Middle and Senior engineers through technical guidance and peer reviews
• Act as a key technical point of contact across multiple teams and drive cross-team collaboration
• Design and implement enterprise integrations, automation workflows, and data processing solutions
• Contribute to AI-enabled engineering workflows and product capabilities
• Establish standards for responsible usage of AI coding assistants within the project
• Review AI-generated code for scalability, maintainability, security risks, and edge cases
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance under growing business demands
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions delivering measurable value

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial software engineering experience with a strong Back-end focus
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript and Node.js
• Experience with React.js
• Solid experience designing and developing REST API and/or GraphQL solutions
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or Codex in daily development workflows
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, integrations, and risk management
• Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and distributed teams
• Ability and willingness to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance technical and business priorities
• Experience working with incomplete or evolving requirements
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
