YOUR IMPACT:
Delivering Client Success: Lead our unique, empathetic, and collaborative approach to strategy consulting, driving transformational results for our clients.

Driving Business Development: Utilize your own industry connections to expand our client base and to win new business. Develop current and potential clients, with a focus on large mid-sized companies to global players in industrial goods, packaging, and chemicals.

Leadership and Mentorship: Provide empathetic leadership to our team of consultants, fostering an environment of care, courage, and initiative. Leverage your expertise to mentor our team and facilitate their professional growth.

Strategic Impact: Play a crucial role in setting the strategic direction of TTE Strategy, working closely with our leadership team.


WHAT IT TAKES:
A strong background in MBB consulting, combined with proven experience in a leadership role. Fluent in German and English and willing to travel. The desire to embed yourself in a family‑friendly culture where care, empathy, and collaboration are central to how we operate.
