Cardiac & Vascular Procedure Scheduler

Oracle Heart & Vascular is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Procedure Scheduler to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating care by scheduling cardiac and vascular procedures for our patients with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm cardiac and vascular procedures in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, preparation instructions, and follow-up needs
• Verify insurance authorizations and ensure all required documentation is complete prior to procedures
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and patient information in the electronic health record system
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and referring providers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous experience in medical scheduling, cardiology, or vascular care preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
