- Hold servers accountable to performance benchmarks, following through consistently when expectations aren't met
- Field questions and resolve day-to-day blockers that are preventing servers from completing jobs on time
- Create a positive, engaging experience for servers even in tough performance conversations
- Track and escalate recurring or systemic blockers to leadership
- Partner with Recruiting when a server's territory needs additional coverage due to performance gaps
Qualifications:
- Experience coaching, training, or managing performance (formal performance-management experience a plus)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with legal processes is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with direct/difficult conversations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
