ABC Legal Services is hiring a Part-Time Posting Runner in the Phoenix metro area. This is a driving-focused role for a certified Arizona Process Server who wants flexible, low-commitment work — no serving required. If you're already certified and want occasional part-time income, or you're an in-network server looking for lighter-volume work, this role is built for you.

We are a premier legal services company operating nationwide. Our clients are banks and law firms, but we are governed by the courts and the rules of civil procedure. We value honesty and accuracy, and are looking for organized, dependable people to help us post legal notices throughout the Phoenix metro area.

What will you do?

• Post legal documents (notices) at designated locations throughout the Phoenix metro area
• Pick up original documents from our Phoenix office 1–2 times per week
• Take detailed notes and photos documenting each posting
• Use our industry-leading mobile app to manage your route and track your stops
• Work flexible, part-time hours — workload varies week to week

What do you need for this role?

• Must be a certified Process Server in Arizona
• Must live close enough to the Phoenix office to stop by 1–2 times a week
• Must have your own reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and insurance
• Comfortable spending most of your working hours driving
• Tech savvy — iPhone/iPad or Android smart device, ability to work within a mobile app
• No prior posting experience required.
• Process Server License

Pay & Details

• Hourly, W2 — $18–$22/hr, depending on experience
• Mileage reimbursement — $0.76/mile
• Part-time — hours fluctuate week to week based on volume
• Phoenix metro area only
