Processing Executive - Intern

The Processing Intern will support KONE Operations or Financial processes by assisting with day-to-day transaction processing activities while following established processes, controls, and service level requirements.

The intern will gain hands-on experience in reviewing transaction requests, validating required information and documentation, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and supporting accurate and timely transaction processing.

The role also provides opportunities to participate in quality improvement, process harmonization, reporting, and automation initiatives, while gaining practical exposure to tools such as Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, SAP, and other relevant business systems.

What you will do

• Support the processing of transaction requests accurately and within agreed Service Level Targets (SLAs), including quality, response time, and efficiency requirements.
• Assist in reviewing and validating required information and supporting documentation before transactions are processed.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders when additional information, documentation, clarification, or approval is required.
• Support coordination with other process teams and track requests to ensure smooth end-to-end processing.
• Assist with quality checks and ensure compliance with established processes, controls, and guidelines.
• Support daily reconciliation and corrective actions when required.
• Maintain accurate process documentation, unit instructions, records, and performance reporting.
• Support the team in achieving agreed SLAs, KPIs, productivity, and quality targets.
• Participate in process improvement and harmonization activities and identify potential opportunities for automation.
• Learn and utilize relevant tools and automation solutions, including Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, SAP, and other relevant systems, where applicable.
• Participate in training, team meetings, process analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the Team Leader or Process Manager.

Are you the one

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 6 months.
• Previous internship, part-time, or academic project experience related to Finance, Administration, Operations, or Sales would be an advantage.
• Exposure to SAP or related business systems would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required; knowledge or exposure to Power Automate and Power BI would be an advantage.
