Product Engineer

We're looking for Product Engineers to work on OpenCX, an all-in-one AI customer communication platform for the enterprise. Join a small, lean, fast, highly-skilled team of engineers building high-impact, cutting-edge AI products, backed by the world's top investors, with customers in Europe, the US, and the GCC.

Product Engineers at OpenCX own problems end-to-end: from spotting an opportunity, to talking to the user, to shipping the feature in production — no layers in between.

Responsibilities

• Identify product opportunities.
• Point out possible improvements to our products based on customer pains or business potential.
• Ship product features.
• Quickly plan, prioritize, and implement features / products end-to-end (full stack React + TypeScript).
• Talk to the users.
• Solve the problems of users by getting to learn about the problem from the users themselves - no layers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building software products.
• Experience in TypeScript.
