Product Guide- Seasonal

Come and join the team at our QVB alpha store!

As a Product Guide, you'll foster connections in every guest interaction, from educating them about our products to assisting with purchases and supporting warranty claims. You'll help organize in-store events, conduct inventory counts, replenish stock, and ensure the store stays clean and welcoming. Your feedback on merchandising will enhance the guest experience and drive sales. Collaborating with your team, you'll deliver a best-in-class experience through exceptional service and a deep understanding of our products, all while being a proud brand ambassador.

About You:

• You have two or more (2+) years of retail sales experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• You love to have fun at work while holding yourself accountable for your responsibilities.
• Your outstanding communication skills and problem-solving ability make you a self-motivated team player.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing autonomy with collaboration, and are committed to continuous improvement.
• Your passion for your work is matched by your enthusiasm for getting outside and enjoying life!

Availability Requirements:

• You are available for a minimum of one open, one close and one weekend shift each week
• Flexible and open availability throughout late October 2026– late January 2027
• Your availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time at the discretion of the Store Manager
