A venture-backed digital health startup specializing in migraine and headache care is looking for a Product Operations Manager to own end-to-end execution and serve as the connective tissue across design, engineering, clinical, and operations teams.
The company is a virtual-first specialty clinic combining telemedicine, AI-enabled monitoring, and personalized care plans, serving over 1,000 active patients and scaling quickly across its market. Backed by leading early-stage investors, the team is lean, design-first, and high-trust, with early outcomes showing a 70% patient improvement rate.
Day-to-day, this role gathers requirements and business logic from cross-functional stakeholders, defines acceptance criteria and what "done" means for every feature, drives launches from testing through release, and owns post-launch measurement and internal feedback loops, using AI tools aggressively to accelerate the work. Success means becoming the single source of truth for requirements, decisions, and delivery, enabling the team to ship with speed and precision.
