Overview:
We're looking for a Production Assistant to join our team at SMOSH Full Time! In this role, you'll work closely with our production team to support all creatives and producers across our various digital channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Set Support: Work with the Production Manager and Production Coordinator to ensure all shoot-day needs are met. This includes printing scripts, schedules, and outlines, wrangling talent, setting up lunches, distributing walkies and call sheets, and keeping the studio tidy.
  • Administrative Support: Support production operations through diligent note taking during pre-production meetings to keep the team informed and aligned, sending reminder communications, and accurate record keeping.
  • Handle Runs: Manage necessary errands, including food orders, gear rentals, and pick-ups, to keep production moving.
  • Production Budget & Expense Support: Track and manage assigned production expenses, ensuring accurate reporting to the Director of Production.
  • Publishing & Aesthetic Management: Assist in coordinating publishing schedules, maintaining a consistent look across all content, and keeping track of the internal production calendar, including shoot dates and meetings.


Preferred Qualities:

  • Minimum of 1 year of on-set experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, creativity, and strategic thinking.
  • Valid Driver’s License and access to a car (mileage will be reimbursed).
  • Interest in digital comedic content is a plus!
