Production Manager

DEMO SA, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, is currently looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee its production lines and ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process in alignment with the current legislation requirements and our quality system. The position is ** based in Kryoneri.**

Responsibilities

• Ensures full compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and regulatory requirements the smooth production planning execution and achievement of targets defined by securing the maximum capacity of machine equipment and workforce.
• Oversees the plan of allocated resources to various production lines and drives the necessary changes. Optimize production processes according to production planning execution to improve efficiency and quality .Organizes the workflow as needed to meet specifications and deadlines
• Monitors the weekly and monthly reports, analyses production KPI’s and develops an action plan to ensure continuous improvement of production lines and the workforce. Partners as required with various stakeholders to include: Quality Assurance, Quality Control, QP, Technical Division, Human Resources, Supply Chain & RnD
• Promotes a culture of team work, performance improvement and supportive work environment and acts as an ambassadors of our values
• Works closely with the team of Shift Supervisors, monitors their performance as per the KPI’s defined, implements their development plans and provides coaching and direction as needed
• Oversees health and safety precautions for the team, identifies opportunities for safety improvements and makes recommendations to the H&S team
• Approves and schedules maintenance works and purchasing of equipment in collaboration with the technical team
• Addresses escalated issues that may arise in priority

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy
• MBA or a Master’s degree in relevant field is desirable
• Min 5 years of proven work experience as Production Supervisor or Manager, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office. SAP use will be highly appreciated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
• People management skills and ability to influence others in a positive way
• Self-motivation and teamwork mentality
• Demonstration of analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage complexity and make fast data driven decisions
