DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the production floor day to day operation production schedule, job allocation,

work force and cost control.

• Ensures finished output meet the quality standard within the allocated timeline and budget.

• Ensures daily production output meets the set target and able to prepare production reports on

a weekly and monthly basis.

• Required to understand production schedule

• Required to meet inspection dates and stated in production schedule.

• Required to make sure store have release all required materials across production as per SOP.

• Ensure all downtime is recorded and pass across.

• Space management across production floor. Make sure production floor is not jammed due to

finish goods and WIP’s. Highlight to related department for action.

• Ensure the NCR is been filled properly for production issues to QC dept.

• Trouble shoot to solve the production delays, downtime and related production issues.

• To improve production operations greater efficiency through review process flow, production

schedule and engineering specifications.

• Ensure machine is maximized with full capacity.

• Ensure downtime is raised if there is any maintenance issue.

• Ensure operators are working with machines according to manual that been published.

• Assist to monitor in measuring material wastage and work closely with production team to

ensure minimal material wastage.

• Proper documents for reject products that need for disposals.

• Work closely with QC and achieve quality as per business standard.

• Reports on quality for all production processes from QC.

• Be the liaison person in between the Production team and the Management.

• Make sure proper training is provided to the employee from the date employed by the

department Supervisor/Leader/Assistant Leader accordingly.

• Do a proper follow up with the newly hired employee at the production floor to check with

them if there any work-related issues, any issues with their immediate supervisor and address it

accordingly.
