DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES
• Manageanddirect allmanufacturingactivitiestoensurecompletionofcustomer
•Responsibleforperformanceindicators,andcorrectiveactions,toensureschedule,cost,andqualitygoalsaremet
•Responsibleforensuringthatrequireddocumentationand/orsystemtransactionsare
executed to meet customer, manufacturing system, and financial reporting requirements
•Assure policies,procedures,andotherdocumentationarefollowedtoensureconsistent
•Responsiblefortheintroduction,developmentandcontinuousimprovementofall
manufacturingprocessesandproductstructuresacrossthesite
• Support productdesignorganizationthroughnewproductintroductionphasetoensure
•ResponsibleforassuringthatEnvironmental,Health,andSafetyissuesareaddressedconsideringlocalregulations,companypolicy, andgoodcorporatecitizenship

Qualifications
SKILLSANDEDUCATIONALREQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’sdegreeinBusiness,Engineeringorrelatedisrequired;MBAis preferred.
• Minimum5years ofSupervisoryor Managerial experiencein ahighmix/lowvolume
•MUSTbearesultsorientedwithabiasforaction.Must beabletoestablishaccountability

•Goodunderstandingofproblemsolvingmethodologiesusedindeterminingrootcauseandformulatingcorrective action(s)– i.e.thoughtmaps,rootcauseanalysis,controlcharts,Paretocharts, etc.

Mustbeabletooccasionallyworkatnight.Musthaveabilitytousehandsandfingerstocompletetasksquicklyandefficiently.Inaddition,musthavetheabilitytomovefreelythroughoutthefacilitywithoutphysicallimitation,andcapacitytositorstandforlongperiodsoftime.Mustbeabletoliftupto50lbs.,andhavetheabilitytobend,stoopandreach.
