About the Role

Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting production operations and ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role suits someone early in their career looking to build hands-on trade skills, as well as those with existing manufacturing, fabrication or welding experience looking for their next step.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Operate manufacturing and fabrication equipment

  • Prepare components for painting and finishing

  • Perform welding and assembly tasks

  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment

  • Load and unload deliveries

  • Conduct stocktakes and inventory checks

  • Complete production records and documentation

  • Carry out equipment inspections and basic maintenance

  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment

  • Support warehouse and production activities as required

  • Assist installation teams when required

  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
