Production Section Manager

• Manage Assembly (HM and Inspection) Section according to guidelines from Production Manager.

• Manage Assembly section to produce product follow Production plan and schedule.

• Design and develop production process and equipment (solder frames, fixtures) to have high productivity.

• Investigate for new tools and necessary equipment for production.

• Manage Wave and Selective soldering machines (included, profiling and maintenance).

• Control Assembly section to achieve department goal.

• Develop of Assembly working method to ensure that process need are established, implement and maintained.

• Ensure the performance of Assembly staffs & Machine are working with high efficiency by monitoring and comparing with GPV standard UPH.

• Collect and submit section KPI report by monthly with action plan for opportunity improvement.

• Manage Assembly manpower to meet production requirement.

• Request Quality Department for assistance to prevent problems / to solve problems / measurement tasks in order to ensure quality.

• Suggest to improvements / cost savings and investments.

• Always strictly complied with Company’s management systems and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic engineering or related field.

• Experience 5 years in electronic industries.

• Experience 4 years in PCBA process.

• Strong leadership and team player, good attitude, logic thinking

• Good command for English.
