I am looking for a hands on man manager - someone who knows how to manage and motivate people, face to face, on a daily basis! (2 shift pattern)

Team leader or supervisor taking a step up or an ambitious Junior Production Manager from a manufacturing / production environment to give daily supervision, motivation and direction to a team of 15 operatives. This is for a fantastic client with an outstanding level of growth potential. A very small SME which needs a new Production man manager to organise and manage up to 20 operatives. The Role:

- To directly manage and supervise a team of up to 20 production operatives
- Man management is key in this role - leadership
- Improve all aspects of the team from attendance, production output, organisation
- Run the team and Unit like your own mini business - Lots of autonomy for the right person
- Very manual orientated production - limited machines
- Very easy quick win opportunity to make a big impact.

The Candidate:

- You will have strong experience man managing production operatives
- You will be able to demonstrate how you man manage and generate motivated workers and loyalty
- You will be able to talk through targets and implementation
- You will be commutable to South Derbyshire daily - Monday to Friday (Monday to Thursday)
- Production environment man management experience is essential - It is all about your drive and hunger
