• Gather raw resource for processing, measuring, mixing and cooking raw materials.
• measure and grade batches of raw material and feed them into production machinery
• look through work orders to determine type and quantity of material needed for each production batch.
• set up and operate production machinery according to specific standards and protocols of the company
• operate and maintain machines, inspecting and packing final product
• ensure to clean and sterilize plant proesssing area
• participane in dying and bleaching materials, pressing, stretching or waterproofing materials at factory
• load and unload proudcts to and from delivery vehicles by ensuring their safety
• communicate problems with machinery and raw and end products to the supervisor
• to implement the EHS compliance as per sika policy
• any other tasks assigned from time to time from superivsor
• maintain sika information with appropriate secrecy and adhere to policies regarding confidential information
• ensure that all ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 procedures are followed
• to perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• secondary school graduate
• Able to read and write Khmer
• English is a plus
