We are looking for a Professional Services Consultant based in Latin America (LATAM) to join our global Customer Success team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-sales activities including presentations to both small/medium and enterprise customers
- Support the organization of company initiatives such as webinars, trade show preparation, marketing rollouts, etc.
- Support post-sales activities including but not limited to customer onboarding, technical and consulting support, and overall account and relationship management
- Develop strong understanding of client’s business needs and goals
- Strategically pursues new opportunities for account growth with existing clients by establishing credibility and aligning Optitex products to customer needs
- Ensure that products and services are delivered to the client’s satisfaction on time, within scope, and budget
- Assists in preparing presentations, RFI's, and RFP's, etc.
- Communicate the progress of customer implementations to internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct periodic quality control testing to ensure that the solutions are meeting the quality standards
- Actively seeks and tracks customer feedback on implementations and services
- Represent the voice of the customer in product, service, and workflow design
- Achieve and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the full line of software and services provided
- Help customers meet their goals by effectively utilizing our solutions and services to their full potential
Success Metrics:
- Assisting in Lead Generation: Collaborate with Sales on PreSales activity to achieve the Sales Target with highest quality demo that resonates with potential customers, focusing on clarity, relevance, and engagement.
- Delivering success in Services: Successfully focus on delivering valuable outcomes for the customer´s business objectives and building on recurring Sales, Annual Maintenance and Professional Services revenue with cross-selling and upselling.
- First-Rate Customer Satisfaction: Build strong customer relationships with effective and efficient customer service.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum 3 to 5-year work experience in Automotive Trim design and development (or similar), with ample knowledge of pattern making and related processes
- Experience with 2D/3D pattern software (Gerber, Lectra, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop for fashion and textile design
- Knowledge CAD/CAM design software (Nedgraphics, Kaledo, etc.) a bonus
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills detail oriented
- Fast learner encompassing a wide range of software
- Help Desk / Technical Support with great problem-solving skills
- Work remotely with possible travel required
- Portuguese and Spanish speaking required with English speaking an additional bonus.
