Project Coordinator II - Florida

Job Overview:

The Project Coordinator II supports the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of utility construction projects. This position works closely with project managers, field supervisors, operations personnel, and administrative teams to ensure projects remain organized, schedules are maintained, and project documentation is accurate and current.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and administrative activities.
• Assist project managers with tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain project records, reports, work orders, and related documentation.
• Communicate with field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Assist with purchase orders, invoices, material tracking, and project cost documentation.
• Identify project delays, missing information, and process inefficiencies.
• Support project closeout and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Utility construction or power distribution experience preferred.
