About this role

As our Project Manager, you will lead the day‑to‑day operational and administrative execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring efficient delivery from start to finish.   • Previous project management experience on healthcare, higher education, civic, and corporate environment construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, project contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day project operations, documentation, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication, organization, contract knowledge, and problem‑solving skills.
