Must Haves:

  • Minimum 7 to 9 years of experience in project management in health care, both operational and technical
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification required
  • Proficient project management of technical and operational projects in healthcare
  • Knowledge and experience with establishing metrics and KPI's and executing operational and technical (IT) programs and projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management, business analysis, continuous improvement and lean methodologies and application,
  • Excellent written & oral communication and leadership skills, including proven success in presenting ideas and concepts effectively and persuasively
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with potential competing interests to ensure timelines and objectives are consistently met
  • A distinctive blend of business, IT, financial and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills
