Summary: We are seeking a Data Science Manager to lead and develop our team of data scientists, driving impactful data solutions and strategies. This role requires a visionary leader who can translate complex data into actionable insights to influence business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement data science strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of data and insights through rigorous analysis and validation.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data science.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a data science leadership role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and statistical software (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
