Project Manager (Client Service & Production) - Copenhagen, Denmark

Hi! We are Altavia - part of Altavia Group, operating in 45 countries worldwide. Our teams in Warsaw and Riga work closely together as the Poland, Nordics & Baltics cluster, delivering print, POS and retail communication for global and local brands. Now we're growing in Denmark and we're looking for our first Project Manager in Copenhagen.

Do you like smooth execution and having full control over the process? In this role you'll manage print and POS projects from quote to final delivery – making sure they're fast, high-quality and leave clients happy.

What will you do?

• Build strong client partnerships - supporting them in achieving their goals rather than just "servicing" their accounts.

• Take full ownership of client contract execution and actively contribute to business growth.

• Manage end-to-end projects - planning, organising, and overseeing execution from brief to delivery.

• Act as a technical advisor and trusted partner to clients, offering specialist industry insight they rely on.

• Manage order production - selecting technologies, materials, and finishes, as well as preparing quotes and specifications to keep projects feasible, profitable, and on schedule.

• Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to specify, negotiate, and oversee ordered production work.

• Prepare offers and presentations - showcasing our expertise and capabilities.

• Monitor deadlines, quality and budgets - proactively addressing issues before they arise.

• Track industry trends and suggest innovative solutions clients haven't even thought of yet.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 4 years of Client Service experience in an advertising/marketing services agency or print management company - ideally in a role combining account management with production.

• Proven ability to handle end-to-end projects - viewing creative, DTP, and production as one integrated process.

• Highly organized and self-driven - handling multiple projects simultaneously is second nature to you.

• A strong head for numbers and a sharp eye for detail.

• Proactive with strong internal drive - you don't wait for someone to tell you what to do.

• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level - we work with international clients and form the Poland, Nordics, and Baltics cluster.

• Knowledge of the printing and POSM industry.
